Monaco Lux Yachts operates the website pramenoux.com from Monaco, presenting a curated fleet of 34 yachts and boats, from sport-yachts and day-boats to crewed yachts and superyachts, with day rates from €1,700. We arrange crewed day charters and longer charters on behalf of the vessels and owners we work with.

These terms apply to any enquiry or booking made through the website, by email, by phone or by WhatsApp. They form part of the agreement between you and Monaco Lux Yachts for the charter described in your written quote and confirmation.

No charter is paid or confirmed directly on the website. You tell us what you are looking for through the enquiry form, by email, by phone or by WhatsApp, including your preferred yacht if you have one, your proposed dates and the number of guests.

We reply with a written quote covering the vessel, itinerary, price and any conditions specific to that charter. Nothing is binding until you accept that quote and we confirm the booking in writing, by email or by another written message. Until that confirmation exists, either party may walk away without obligation.

Many of the yachts we present belong to private owners berthed in Port Hercules and Fontvieille and are offered on a discreet, limited basis; a single point of contact within our team will guide you from first enquiry through to disembarkation.

The price stated in your written quote is the price for the charter described there: the vessel, the crew, the agreed duration and any inclusions listed. It is only valid for the dates and conditions set out in that quote.

Fuel, marina fees, the advance provisioning allowance (APA) on larger yachts, catering and any other extras are charged exactly as stated in the written quote. We do not add charges that were not quoted to you in writing.

For day charters, a 30% deposit secures your date, and the balance is paid before boarding. For multi-day charters, 50% is paid at the time of booking and the balance is due 30 days before embarkation.

Payment instructions are confirmed in writing when your booking is accepted. The booking is only secured once the deposit has been received.

You may request one free change of date, provided you ask at least 72 hours before the original departure. Beyond that one change, further amendments are treated as a new booking request and depend on availability.

Our cancellation policy is a voluntary commercial arrangement offered by Monaco Lux Yachts under Monaco consumer law; it is not a statutory right of withdrawal, since a charter is a dated service reserved specifically for you. The following tiers apply if you cancel a confirmed booking:

• More than 30 days before departure: full refund minus a 10% handling fee.
• Between 14 and 30 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Less than 14 days before departure: no refund.

These tiers apply exactly as stated above, regardless of the reason for cancellation, unless the cancellation falls under the weather and safety provision below.

If the captain or the relevant port authority considers conditions unsafe for your charter, whether due to weather, a technical issue with the vessel, or another circumstance beyond our control, you will be offered a choice between a free new date and a full refund. The captain's safety assessment on the day is final and is not subject to negotiation.

Where a charter cannot proceed because of force majeure affecting Monaco Lux Yachts, the vessel or the crew, the same choice between a free new date and a full refund applies.

The number of guests on board may never exceed the licensed capacity of the vessel stated in your quote and confirmation. This limit exists for safety reasons and cannot be adjusted on the day.

The crew may refuse boarding to any guest whose condition or conduct could endanger the safety of those on board, including visible intoxication or behaviour that puts the vessel, crew or other guests at risk.

The captain is in command of the vessel at all times and has final authority over all matters of navigation, safety and timing. Any instruction given by the captain for safety reasons must be followed immediately by all guests.

The itinerary discussed with you is a plan, not a guarantee. The captain may adjust the route, anchorages or timings in response to weather, sea conditions, port requirements or other safety considerations. Monaco Lux Yachts' familiarity with the Riviera corridor between Cap d'Ail and Saint-Tropez allows us to propose alternatives swiftly whenever a change of plan is needed.

Guests are expected to treat the vessel, its fittings, its crew and fellow guests with the care and courtesy any private vessel deserves. The crew's instructions on safety and on the proper use of the yacht must be respected throughout the charter.

Any damage caused to the vessel, its equipment or its tender by a guest's negligence or misuse during the charter is the responsibility of the guest and may be charged separately from the charter price.

Personal belongings brought on board remain the guest's own responsibility at all times. Monaco Lux Yachts and the crew are not responsible for items lost, damaged or left behind on board.

Monaco Lux Yachts arranges charters on vessels operated by their own captains and crews, and our liability is limited to the services we agree to provide as described in your written quote and confirmation. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, sea conditions, mechanical failure despite proper maintenance, or decisions taken by a captain for safety reasons.

If something about your charter falls short of what was agreed, please tell us as soon as possible, ideally while the charter is still underway so that it can be addressed on the day. Complaints after the charter should be sent to [email protected] with the booking details and a description of the issue, and we will respond with our assessment.

The content of pramenoux.com, including yacht descriptions, photographs and pricing information, is provided to help you choose and enquire about a charter and may not be copied or reused without our agreement. Information on the site is updated regularly but the written quote you receive for your own charter always takes precedence over anything shown on the website.

These terms are governed by the laws of Monaco. Any dispute relating to a booking made through pramenoux.com falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Monaco.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services. The version published on pramenoux.com at the time of your booking confirmation is the one that applies to your charter.
